Return Eligibility
At Zeauxdiac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and free from any signs of wear or damage.

Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Special Cases
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In the case of:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect one at no additional cost.
Exceptions to the Policy
Items marked as non-returnable during the purchase process (such as custom or personalized items) are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, any items returned without prior authorization or outside the specified return window may not be eligible for a refund.
